Jump a Red Light and Fail To Comply? - LS69JFV

That sort of irresponsible driving and legal behaviour quickly gets expensive! I don't know for sure that this is a failure to comply offence where the driver/registered owner doesn't tell the police who was driving, but it is the amount of fine and costs usually given out when there is no driver nominated and income is assessed by the court without the defendant turning up. The Met Police let me know the court results for this offence, btw.
