This is an old one folks, nearly 14 years ago, but it's a poignant lesson on the old phrase, "The customer is always right." Aside from the misuse of 911 to rant about a cheeseburger, this is a great example of the entitlement of many in society. After Karen rants and gets summarily owned by the police dispatcher, we dive into where the phrase came from and why it was found to be faulty to begin with. Let this not only be a lesson to ourselves to be more reasonable in what we want, but to be reasonable with customers should we own a business. The customer could be right, but they also have the right to be wrong.
